- Contact form: your name, email address and message, only when you choose to write to us.
- Analytics data: through Google Analytics, we collect usage information such as the pages you visit, time spent on the site, approximate location (country or city), device and browser type, and how you arrived at our site.
- Technical data: our hosting provider and security tools may record your IP address and browser details in server logs to keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell your personal data. You do not need an account to use the site, and comments are not enabled.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your questions, corrections or feedback.
- To understand which articles are useful and to improve the site.

- Analytics data: kept in Google Analytics for up to 14 months, according to our data retention setting.

Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw your consent. To make a request, email admin@powermealhub.com. We will reply within 30 days.

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
